The benefit of internships

When internships are offered by a professor, or the career development center, it is highly recommended that students take advantage of that oppertunity, to gain experience in the field. The problem is students do not bother to do so.

  1. Taking an internship is deff highly recommended while you are still in college. When you finally graduate and you are looking for a job you will have less trouble finding one because you already have the experience that the employer is looking for. Without an intership or some sort of experience in the field it is going to be much more difficult to find a job.

  2. I never did any internships but I am a junior and by the time i get my degree I will have worked in the Wall Street Journal as an Intern and will have done a Journalism lad which entitles me to submit an article to a professor weekly by reporting on different things in NYC.
